  Indirectly this helped me realize getting a new pan won’t improve my cooking, it’s how I use it. The tip for matching the pan size to the burner was great

With the unit in the video we end up at the end with J*kg^2 instead of J

  As I learned about materials in college I always wondered why silver pans didn’t exist even though I knew they would be extremely expensive. Turns out I didn’t really appreciate just how expensive they would be
