One thing I’ve learnt about Thailand since living here for 7 years is, if you see a Muslim Thai person cooking something, GET IT! It’s gonna be flavour heaven!

I'm not a Muslim or Malay, but undoubtedly they are one of the warmest people on earth.

Alhamdulillah for my muslim brothers and sisters for always providing warm hospitality and inviting people to eat in their homes, whatever race or religion they are...

This is something unique,  perhaps, best ever example of a cross culture food. These great host has developed food from three distinct cultures and food techniques, the Malay, the Thai and the South Indian. Although, food in all these areas look similar but there is always some subtle difference of technique and use of locally available ingredients. And Mark is best person in the world to judge these foods. My regards to the hosts too.
