Hey Christine, so glad to hear how much you’re loving the space! From the design process through the final day of installation, it was a pleasure working on the garden with you. The video came out great, and it was awesome seeing the whole timeline come together!

You should put a little wooden/metal bench in the garden so you’ll have a peaceful space to sip coffee and meditate.  Don’t forget to plant your flowers in each of the beds, because that helps the garden growth as well, and makes it more beautiful.  It wouldn’t be a bad idea to add solar motion censor lights to the garden fence to have the light you need in the dark.  I had time to think of one more thing for the new garden….a nice water fountain feature so you can sit, sip, and meditate on the sounds of trickling water.😎

I was surprised to know that part of this video was filmed on July 1st.  From this video, it is clear that the job of a YouTube creator is not as easy as it looks.  The end result of all of your planning is magnificent!  I am so happy for you and your family, now that your garden is complete.  I am sorry to hear of the loss of your dad, who was a master gardener.  You are carrying on his tradition and inspiring your children and future grandchildren to do the same.

Christine, it's just lovely!  So excited for you.  I love how you described your garden as "life-giving".  Yes, yes 💕 that's how I feel about my garden, too! xo

My dad passed in 2020 and he always had a huge garden and a couple of beehives going. Now I’m an aspiring beekeeper and novice gardener and I wish I could call him on the phone to talk about it. 😢❤

What an amazing job! And you are right; as you go along, you will add things and make changes, and it will continue to be beautiful and be your "happy" place. I agree that a bench or a small table and chairs where you can sit, drink your coffee, and read your daily inspirations would be a great addition to your garden. You are amazing, and I love watching you and your family! Your children are funny and are such a joy to watch! It really shows what a great mom you are and how much they adore you! Keep the videos coming!

Recommend putting in long metal stakes and tying your new trellis to the stakes.  When it gets heavy with vines the wind tends to blow trellises over.  Melon plants get HUGE and one melon plant will likely cover an entire bed.  Love your enthusiasm and the new garden is a dream… just a beautiful space!
