Someone may have said this already, but a tip about the parchment paper. If you scrunch it all up like you're going to throw it away and then unravel it, it will sit better down in the pan and you can even crease it around all the edges with your fingertip. It just helps it from sliding off so easily.

I really appreciate and enjoy watching you, I'm 66, was married 30 years, my ex ran off with another woman he was not faithful our whole marriage. I love the things you have shown, I have always enjoyed cooking, I enjoy baking. My oven recently kicked the Bucket this Stove Iv only had it in like 2 years, my Nephew is bringing me a new one in a few days. I will be trying the pumpkin cookies out, sounds yummy plus my Grandkids love Pumpkin pie, pumpkin type things so I'm waiting to see what they think about these when there able to eat one.
