Love how down to earth, and astral, Rick and Goose have become. These guys understand what it takes to connect to the audience. There’s a certain atmosphere that we all adore, and they get it.

Same Rick. I tried everything- Self medicating too. Many Detoxes, a few rehabs- Still sick without being on anything though. ZERO creativity. Breathe work, diet, sleep, exercise, vitamin D, sunlight, Connection, Yoga Nidra, meditation.... All saved me. But I recently had some bad mouth issues (TAKE CARE OF YOUR TEETH THERE IS NOTHING WORSE) and had to go on anti biotics- and instantly I felt back in that funk. No creativity- struggling to get through days- Staring at a screen for hours on end because even reading took too much energy. <br><br>Iphones are so damn addicting too. I am 35, didn't have a smart phone until I Was 23 years old. It's wild how addicting it is.

I love the whole concept of being the antenna that taps into the source. I assume he has read The Creative Act by Rick Rubin which goes in depth about that very subject. I actually read it at the suggestion of Peter who mentioned it during one of their shows in '24. Must read for those who find stuff like this interesting.

Rad interview! Liked that concept at the end of while trying to pursue ideas, even if your experience is one of “monkey mind” or your own discouraging narrative, it’s possible for ideas to sneak through those barriers. Cool discussion for sure!
