The fact they use Dedede's voice for the "WAH" in Roar of Dedede of a nice touch

This video leaned more toward the darker, more sad side of Kirby, so I'd like to see more of the happier or weirder stuff in the future.
And I also agree that area themes should be more of a focus too. There's a lot of stunning variety in themes, from bouncy to atmospheric to downright wacky.

Honestly, I think people focusing so heavily on Kirby's darker side is kinda selling him short.
It's the contrast between the joy of Kirby and the darkness of the plot that helps make the series so enjoyable.
Kirby delving into sadness, fear, and loss is really cool, but the simpler, happy side of Kirby often gets overlooked because it's not as "cool."

I think one of my favorite themes of all time has to be "The Adventure Begins" from Return to Dream Land. It's an absolute delight. Whenever I hear the song, it brightens up my day.

King Dedede isn't actually evil, he is THE Chad of the series, and Kirby's ally. But in a way, he can be a "friendly rival", but every time he fights Kirby is when he is possessed or mind controlled. Dedede's reputation of being possessed is as high as his theme never missing in each game, it's tradition at this point lmao.

18:44 "This is surprisingly dark..." (Goes on to explain how the song sounds like a desperate fight filled with sorrow, pain and loss)

Yep, all of that was intentional. This is the song that plays when Kirby is fighting the final boss of the game, which is the the angel-like ghost of a planet-devouring alien monster he killed in the previous game, who basically went on a violent interstellar rampage all because nobody wanted to be its friend. It attacks by crying tears of blood.

I think the entirety of Void's theme deserves its own video given how long, dense, and complex it is.

28:40 Morpho Knight is atleast for what we can tell is the embodiment of judgement day representing some sort of grim reaper, the extent of what it really is completely unknown

28:46 - From a point of view, Kirby vs Morpho Knight was the culmination of 11 years of foreshadowing. It does have a job to do, and Kirby finally did get in its way.

Your comment about Galacta Knight is kinda on spot.

Because he was once upon a time the most powerful warrior in the galaxy.

He was so feared that he got sealed out of fear he could lose control of his power.
