  My favorite sidequest is the one where this asshole asks you to bring him a nosepass, and then reveals later that he just wanted to make fun of it because of how stupid it looks. And then a random Team Dim Sun goon shows up out of nowhere and calls him out for his shit and then just storms off without doing anything even remotely evil. Best villain team in Pokemon.
