  I remember that in history class we discussed the living conditions of factory workers during the industrial revolution. There were pictures showing how a family of 8 had to live in a tiny one and a half bedroom apartment. Crazy how we have come full circle.

  I paid 160 Euros per month including for heating, Electricity, Internet in Eastern Germany 10 years back when I was a student and it was not even a dorm. Those were the good times. Damn, how things have changed since then in Germany.

  Masters of Resources. Yes, I do think anyone who works 8-9 hours a day should be able to afford Rent, bills, and groceries with their paycheck alone, no matter what job they do. That's kind of the whole point of having a freaking job, and I can't believe this is considered a radical position.

  This situation is unsustainable (not just in germany, in all wertern countries), and its going to burst badly if the politicians doesnt have the bone to tackle the infinite greediness or make a real "shortcut" to own some property for the young (making a price sensible according to wages)... because at the end, the burst is going to touch everyone from bottom to top end.
