  The girl saying '' No way '' is Catherine of Aragon the first Queen to introduce herself in '' Ex Wives '' and the wives are the 6 wives of Henry the eighth :)

  This musical is basically the Six Wives of King Henry VIII having a competition about who had to deal with the most bs from their husband. They each get one song to talk about their lives from their perspective + 2 songs together at the start and end (‘Ex-Wives’ the one who just listened to and ‘SIX’ the ending song) and one intermission song. “No Way” was the song of the 1st wife Catherine of Aragon. You should listen to them in order to understand the plot and also listen to the dialogue to really get the transitions through the songs, and they’re also really funny 😂

  SIX is about the wives of King Henry VIII. &apos;Divorced, Beheaded, Died, Divorced, Beheaded, Survived&apos; is the rhyme to remember the order of them.<br>He had so many wives cause he was trying to have a male heir and just. Couldn&apos;t. And figured the problem was them.<br>The quick run down of them.<br>-Catherine of Aragon - Divorced - she gave him a daughter (Mary, better known as &quot;Bloody Mary&quot;) (you reacted to her song, &quot;No Way&quot;)<br>-Anne Boleyn - Beheaded - he divorced Catherine of Aragon for her, leading to the creation of the Church of England (b/c prior to that divorce was not a thing b/c catholic). she was accused of, among other things, adultery and treason and beheaded for these reasons (side note, she was the mother of Queen Elizabeth I)<br>-Jane Seymour - Died - died about two weeks after her son (Edward I) was born due to childbirth complications. <br>-Anne of Cleves - Divorced - like the song said he claimed she &apos;didn&apos;t look like her pic&apos; and divorced her<br>-Catherine Howard - Beheaded - accused of adultery, tho uh, there are conflicting reports on if this is true or not (her song is All You Wanna Do and, you&apos;ll understand) Also she was the youngest one at 19 when she was executed.<br>-Catherine Parr - Survived - rather self explanatory, she out lived him.

  Fun fact:<br>The instrumental in ex wives is a remix of greensleves; a very famous piece of music from the Tudor era<br><br>It&apos;s believed that it was written by Henry VIII for his second wife,Anne Boleyn; hence the line &apos;my sleeves may be green, but my lipstick&apos;s red&apos;

  &quot;But married to who?&quot; That would be ol&apos; King Henry VIII. He&apos;s pretty much the most famous King of England of all history. You might know him from the pictures of the big...let&apos;s just say it...fat king with the red hair from the late 1400s to early 1500&apos;s. Father to Edward VI, Mary I (known not totally fairly as Bloody Mary), and Elizabeth I, also known as the Virgin Queen or Gloriana, the most famous Queen of England in all of history.<br><br>As for his wives, Henry was married to Catherine of Aragon until he divorced her to marry Anne Boleyn, who he then later executed. Then he married Jane Seymour, who died due to what they called &quot;childbed fever&quot; back then, after giving birth to his only legitimate son, Edward. Then he married Anne of Cleves, but couldn&apos;t consummate the wedding with her (his fault, but he claimed it was because she was uglier than the portrait he was sent), so he divorced her and because she didn&apos;t put up a huge fuss and fight over it like Catherine of Aragon, he gave her an incredibly lavish settlement which meant she could live how she wanted for the rest of her life. Then Henry went for the wayy too young Catherine Howard, who was only 17 at the time of their wedding. Unlike Anne Boleyn, the accusations towards her of adultery were not lies, and when she was found guilty, she was also beheaded like her cousin (Anne Boleyn and Catherine Howard were first cousins). And then, at the end, he married wealthy widow Catherine Parr, and she&apos;s listed as &quot;survived&quot; because Henry died before she did. She didn&apos;t long survive him, however, and died of the same childbed fever that Jane Seymour did after she had married a new husband and gave him a daughter.
