  Not even a Chiefs fan, but this seems kinda early to call, im ngl.<br><br>I will not pretend the Chiefs werent slowly declining since about... &apos;23? But to say its over is a little early. If I see him play trash next season, ill happily eat crow, but idk yo.

  Not even a Chiefs fan but ppl seem to have forgotten that Brady went nearly a decade between his 3rd and 4th Super Bowl. Chiefs just need some retooling and bring in some younger guys that can make an impact and they’ll be right back. But it ain’t gonna be easy cause Denver and LA have closed the gap

This was the year that Kevin Harlan &quot;called both games&quot; in Week 17, as the Patriots losing to the Dolphins allowed the Chiefs to move up to the 2 seed and get a bye. KC didn&apos;t have home-field advantage, but was able to host the AFC Championship after the Ravens were upset by the Titans in the Divisional Round.

  The issue with Mahomes was Nagy. &nbsp;In the Superbowl against the Eagles the Eagles had 2 weeks to plan against Nagy and it showed. As a Chiefs fan we are glad Nagy is gone.

  Patrick&apos;s &quot;downfall&quot; year was 3,587 passing yards, which I would point out was more yards than all but 2 years of Lamar&apos;s career, and that includes one of Lamar&apos;s MVP years ( in 2019 he only threw for 3,127 ). &nbsp;When he tore his MCL/ACL the Chiefs were driving to tie/win the game. If he doesn&apos;t hurt get knocked out, they finish that game and move to &nbsp;7-7, then the backup goes down, and the 3rd/4th string QBs turn in 17 point loss, then 7, and 2 point losses. The worst was to the Titans, which seems unlikely if Mahomes or even Minshew is on the field. It likely means end at 10-7, and tied on record with the 7th place Chargers ( not sure about tie breakers ). If KC gets in as a 7 seed, I like their chances, given that they won a Super Bowl as a 6 seed just a couple years ago. I also want to see your list of NFL QBs that are above him. Tom Brady is the only guy that is, he missed the playoffs twice, and once was the year after his first superbowl win, so even he isn&apos;t quite who you are making him out to be.
