  I thought this was actually a beautiful and  grace-filled message. Very helpful. My relatives told me over the years that my great grandfather, who was a Russian Orthodox Priest, died with a big smile on his face. I felt he saw Christ as he passed. He was extremely devout. Living a spiritual life can help us live and die in so many ways! He was only 42, life cut short due to heart disease. But no bitterness. Only a smile❤. Thank you.

  When people are going on a holiday trip somewhere they are planning ,excited,ready for the adventure.Why not death be the same.

  Everyone speaks about living life happily but no one speaks much about dying gracefully. Thankyou Sadhguruji for the knowledge you hav given. It makes you stronger from within. And my fear of death is vanishing away 😊 🙏🏼🌷

  I saw so many people suffering because they don&apos;t accept the nature and hold on to a body who wants do die.<br>Thank you Sadhguru, you spoke the essencial about life and dead. <br>May we choose the greatful dead.

  Smile while u r dying is actually difficult, so its better to keep smiling while living whatever may be the situation this happens only if we r spiritually involved.

  Realizing that we are mortals seems to be the pinnacle step to understand reality in this generation, unfortunately, something that is so obvious is not really obvious, and we are oblivious to this fact and end up creating a mesh of confusion in life. &quot;To be&quot;, is the ultimate goal , I hope I will &quot;be&quot; one day and look back and wonder why did it took so long to &quot; be&quot;,which is supposedly be the natural state of life but distracted with everything and forgot to &quot; be&quot;. That is death, knowing death while living is a great boon we all need to strive for, which is the reason we are here this long.

  Body is the dress of life.. the last thing is for the body, not for life. Life is continuous in different bodies. Life does NOT dies..We do not die. We change bodies same as we change clothes... Thank you...

  We live, we die. But if we die our end will be determined by how we lived. &nbsp;Totally agree with Sadhguru. &nbsp;When we give up our body to death to accept a new life, what&apos;s the problem?
