  Mr Salve has very nicely explained the case. It is RBI who regulates the CIC. The Tata Sons will have to list. Not all money is of Tata, there are millions of shareholders.

  It should be the absolute peroragative of owners to decide whom to appoint as chairman. No backdoor connivance and &nbsp;scheming should be allowed. Even the great Ratan Tata Sir had to battle deceit scheming and connivance of the then CEOs and other ungrateful employees. A CEO or chairman other than an owner should know that he is just an employee. Should not try to usurp the ownership.

  Mr .Salve is talking in favour of the present Govt, It &nbsp;seems somebody &nbsp;is interested in this case.Some big brother is trying to get benifits from the Tata war.

  He is trying hard, but his stand is fundamentally wrong. It’s only a matter of time. <br><br>Whether Tata Sons lists or not, the reappointment of Chandra was done in a shady manner and will be undone. <br><br>The question of listing or not listing can proceed under a chairman who has the confidence of the main shareholder, Tata Trust. <br><br>As simple as that.<br><br>As Chandra’s lawyer, Salve is trying to link the two issues - the reappointment of chairman and listing of Tata Sons. Anyone can see through this attempted sleight of hand. <br><br>PS: <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iq36-BFa7Bo&amp;t=1096">18:16</a> He is talking about Tata Sons listing “in the next three months”. Laughable.

  There is a thing as Tata culture. Tata management created the 270 billion &nbsp;wealth . Dismissing it as others have created it is not entirely honest. Indians invested because of Tata values honesty &nbsp;ethical, customer service , treating people with dignity, &nbsp;, being humane during covid etc &nbsp;. <br>Not sure why Salve is dismissing all this. It&apos;s kind of dishonest to do so I think.

  The logic of Mr Salve seems to be flawed. The question is only about appointment of Mr Chandra and not about listing. What if tomorrow Mr Tata agrees to listing of Tata Sons but not to reappointment of Mr Chandra, then Mr Salve logic falls flat. Also for NDTV - the Sir Ratan Tata Trust is not credited to Mr Ratan Tata who passed away in 2024, but was formed in 1919 - so please put the correct photograph of Sir Ratanji Tata
