  Mr Salve, &nbsp;I would like to point out to your earlier comment that It is alright if there is a Hostile take over and Tata&apos;s are outsted.<br> &nbsp; &nbsp; I would like to tell you that Tata sons and their Trusts are interrelated and they the the result of blood and sweat of many generations of Tata&apos;s The only difference is that they handed over their assets not in liquid form like in Lands or Gold but in this form of Frozen Assets with the noble cause of welfare lof Society for Posterity.<br>So &nbsp;Tata&apos;s &nbsp;right to decide on their assets cannot be overlooked.They have right to decide whom they want to continue working for them!!<br> &nbsp; &nbsp;Also Tata&apos;s are not the only company that is massive in size and yet Private.TMSC of Taiwan is another company that is valued in Trillions and is still is a Private Entity!!

  I feel the problem with listing is that once listed, anyone and everyone holding Tata Sons shares will have a say in it’s decisions. And anyone includes foreign institutions or individuals having access to Indian stock market. If I’m not wrong, this is like liberalising Tata sons. It will no more remain the pride on India.

  Mr Salve says that the Tata Sons valuation is 270 billion and so it is a national asset. In the same way Reliance and Adani group are also national assets and subject to the control of the RBI and Government of India. Can Mr Salve say that Reliance and Adani are national assets in the same way that Tatas are.

This is almost 4th time I m placing it since Tuesday 22Sept <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=em8D3nPctVc&amp;t=120">2:00</a> noon.<br><br>I vote for Noel Tata. Just like the way few &nbsp;scientists from ISRO resigned (Around 100 Scientists) and they formed a private company (Skyroot) although I&apos;m against it bcz Indian Defence/Research n Development sector throwing under private regulations without having a hold of government is a kind of weapon form against citizens/country itself.<br>Similarly, Noel TATA is now running a TATA Empire. If by rule, the decision holder is Noel Tata then there should not be any dispute on the ground of, &nbsp;to rule someone&apos;s business which actually serves the purpose of investment in charity.<br>If Chandra wants to rule his power, thn get down in the market on his own feet with his own investment where minimal charity n high business growth is handled...Just like Adani😅...<br>If TATA SON&apos;s board room members are against the purpose then TATA Trust can take the legal action against each TATA Son&apos;s Board room member and they can release/suspend them on same ground.<br><br>The behaviour of the current government seems that demolishing the old well known recognised institution (which formed under Congress) is a main target and developing the same kind of infra/concept under own veto power. <br>Totally, disputed act of thought...!!!!<br><br>Now, this is a time, every indian must stand for Tata family Legacy who continued to serve the purpose in charity. Today, Noel Tata need backup.<br><br>Every media, should take this concern as Media Trial. Just like TCS BPO nasik Case.😊<br><br>Thanks
