I like the detail that after the last guy speaks, you can hear actual bids in the background, meaning that he’s the kind of guy all those women really wanted.

This song sounds a lot like The Bidding by Tally Hall. Coincidence?

Fun fact! This song has a reference to Tally Hall's "Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum" album. At 0:12, the lyrics go as follows: "Mmmmmmmmmmm". This is actually the abbreviation of the aforementioned album, being "MMMM". You learn something new everyday!

When Joe Hawley said “I like to take advantage of my Dragon Ball Z” I shed a tear, so relatable. 😢

I just showed my dad this song for the first time, and I think it's safe to say I won the day when my dad said he really likes Tally Hall. he was smiling the whole way through and said it has a bit of a Weezer feel and that It's unique. Thank you, Tally Hall!

So many of Tally Hall's songs have comments about the deeper meaning, and this one's just like "I've been spending every dollar on the cardbourguoise"
