이 분 레시피는 쉽지만 영양가도 있고 , 많은 자취생 요리하는 유투버들처럼 매번 맵고 달고 짠 정크같은 음식이 아니라서 아이들 먹이기도 좋아요.

야채 더 추가해서 볶을때 숙주도 같이 볶아 먹으니 아삭하니 좋네요

36살 9년차 트럭기사인데 주말마다 운휴때에 집가면 배달음식만 먹었었는데 셰프님의 영상하고 다른 유튜버들의 음식 만드는 영상들 덕분에 요알못인 저도 요기요하고 배민 마트에서만 재료들 바로 주문해서 영상보면서 만들어 먹습니다. 항상 좋은 영상 감사합니다.
