A few problems with this scenario that is not covered historically.
1) The Spartans tried to assassinate Xerxes, but he was not in his tent. A sniper could end the leadership of the Persians quickly.
2) A marching army of 100,000 and their camp followers could not carry enough food and water for more than a few days. Xerxes has to keep the army moving or hunger will take a toll.
3) Sanitation. Diseases like dysentery and cholera would start to take their toll.

Points 2 and 3 are why Leonidas choose Thermopylae.

5,000 SPartans charged 100,000 Persians and won by noon, then marked 30 miles to defend another city in an afternoon.

In reality they would grow very Superstitious In view the modern Marines as Thunder Gods with no clue that the reigning death is finite I believe they would actually bow and surrender.

This video is a complete falsity. On the first night, Marines, as an offensive force, absolutely would've sent a small squad out, eliminating anyone who looked like they held a command presence, at the very least. Having a finite amount of ammo isn't some secret kept from the Marines. They're well aware of ammo expenditure and what it would mean if they allow themselves to run dry without breaking the Persians' will to continue fighting. This would be priority 1 as soon as a defensive line was established.

This is dumb. One round, one target, one hit.....don't need to spray ammo for a few targets. Put in semi and shoot one round to one target. Spraying ammo is useless. We Hunter's don't shoot a game with more than 1 Round???
