  Loved this! I have the M9 by Dr Pen and got needles 18, 36, &amp; Nano plus 5% Lidocaine. I feel very confident after watching someone I trust, who shoots straight do it here! I am finishing my 3 professional sessions ($875….$150 off because I bought the pkg of 3) July 25. My face is soft and bouncy! Im a retired RN &amp; I know I can carry on at home. <br>I have also started Tret 0.028% , M4 Estradiol Serum and Cream through Alloy Health and am just amazed at the results on my wrinkles around the mouth and chin! I’m 77 and look better than I did at 62! Thanks for your dedication, Michelle!

  You can use a low pin count for a gentle/shallow microneedling. &nbsp;<br>You absolutely should however use a low pin count for deeper needling and not a high pin count. <br>-advanced medical spa therapist.

  Love Otto❤. I have 2 mini schnauzers after having had bid dogs all my life and these little guys are absolutely amazing. They are so SMART and loving but beware they can be stubborn😂. Start training early, they can learn anything. We had our 8 week old trained to ring a bell to go out within about week. Couple of microneedling tips...stick with the 18 pin unless you want to do cosmetic microneedling weekly. For medical microneedling at 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm &nbsp;then use the 18 or even a 12 pin. Hypochlorous acid is a great cleanser for microneedling and much less harsh the alcohol. Medical microneedling &nbsp;more frequently than every 4 weeks ( 6 weeks as we get older) is not recommended. Love watching your channel...you are authentic and have a great sense of humour.

  My clinic while needling deeper still uses lots of slip she goes 1.5 on my skin love it
