  My late husband's grandmother was the great great granddaughter of Belle Starr , when she passed away they mentioned that in her funeral service.

  Second time I've watched this because it is the best documentary on her life. I went down to the Porum area many years ago and found the gravesite long before it had signs and publicity. I was directed to her gravesite by an elderly neighbor lady in the area. It was very hard to find...and those deep woods sure had a lot of ticks.  Another great one Jerry !

  As someone who has been an information junkie for 40 years I have watched easily thousands of documentries. I much prefer watching a documentary then a Hollywood version of events, concepts, etc. What I appreciate is your relaxed approach of naarration. And as someone who has researched many conspiracies it is good to have references such as yours that has good information that isn't embellished or glorified as the corporate press does.

  I&apos;ve never seen a bad video by Jerry Skinner. I especially enjoyed this one because I have lived in eastern Oklahoma all my life. And it fills in blanks of a song I have on CD by Michael Martin Murphy called the Ballad of Belle Star. Thanks Jerry.
