I avoid Kraft, Nestlé, Coca Cola and all the other large corporations at all costs and I stick with local small brands

I am so disappointed with the Philadelphia Original Soft cream cheese in my fridge, with guar gum and citric acid. What is this? Everything is fake nowadays!

What a lot of people don't realize is, it is sooo easy to make your own butter and soft cheese, organic full fat cream and a mixer is all you need. YT do some great vids on how to.

I’ve definitely become more selective about cheese over the years. Once you start paying attention to ingredients and taste, the differences between brands become much more noticeable.
