This amazing lady and her husband came and gifted our emergency department at the SAN hospital with boxes of cupcakes and doughnuts. Not only was it a great morale booster to all here, but the taste and quality is exceptional! Thank you so much for your generosity and kindness, it has blessed us all so much. From Doctors to cleaning staff, all are exposed to some risk and this care is so thoughtful and deeply appreciated.

I used your recipe for a high tea event. It was a great success.
At.first I though my mixture looked a little runnier than yours because I thought I hadnt whipped enough before adding gelatine. They still set ok in the freezer & then kepted them refridgerated. Im trying again just for fun & more experience!
Thanks for sharing your talent with us. - Melbourne, Australia. ❤

These look so impressive... like you have been working on them all day. Love these so much! Once removed from the mold I need them to seat out for about 2 hours on display. Will that be OK? Kindly let me know.
