  Don Rickles was known as "Mr. Warmth."  He made fun of every race but never in a mean way.  Most people considered it an honor to be roasted by Don.

  I watched this one as a kid. Needless to say, I was surprised when I found out he was going to be in a kids' movie in 1995. He killed it as Mr. Potato Head though.

  You&apos;re so lovely! <br>I miss these days. <br>We had a rule back in the day:<br>If you can&apos;t laugh at yourself, you have no permission to laugh at anyone else. <br>We all possessed the skill to laugh at ourselves . It enables one to not be defined by other people&apos;s opinion of us, whether it is good or bad, warranted or unwarranted . We didn&apos;t walk around with our ego/pride on the offense &amp; defense 24/7, so we were empowered with the ability to laugh at ourselves along with those who were laughing at us. Then, we laughed at others when the attention shifted to another. <br>Great times. <br>We all had self respect so none of us had any need to walk around demanding respect from everyone and therefore we didn&apos;t falsely perceive every and any little thing as &apos;disrespectful&apos;.<br><br>Today&apos;s &apos;culture&apos; is so annoying. We&apos;ve lost good, clean comedy. <br><br>So glad that you are reacting to these great legends! 🎉❤

  It&apos;s so refreshing watching the older comedians. You&apos;re right, the atmosphere was SO much different. We all gave each other a hard time and had a good laugh about it. Really enjoy your laughter and smiles! ✌️💯♥️

  That was Dean Martin opening, and theres always been a running joke that he was always drunk. Sounds like he was there. Carl Malden and Micheal Douglas were detectives on Streets of San Fransisco, among other things.
