  German here. Canadians are perceived here, in terms of their behavior, education, and ethical and moral views and values, as pleasantly European.<br>Quite different from many Americans.<br>And that has been the case for decades!

  Europe and Canada are keeping Trump out of everything as much as possible. &nbsp;NATO, for example, is still holding meetings, &nbsp;but now always without Trump. Europe and Canada no longer consult with Trump, but they certainly consult with each other. Isn’t this exactly what you Americans want??? America First??? &nbsp;(= America alone)

  It&apos;s like having a bush party, and the guy that always shows up without any beer but drinks everyone else&apos;s. You can get away with it for a bit, but eventually no one tells you where the next party is going be. Nobody likes an asshole....

  German here. Crossed the border from the US into Canada on three different occasions and already the interaction with the border guards gave me the feeling of coming home. Totally different attitude.

  Not surprised,Canada is liked around the world and the USA is hated. The damage Trump has created will take generations to repair if ever.

  The US <i>is</i> in decline. The Americans voted Trump in for a second time because they were upset about the price of eggs and unisex bathrooms. They paid no attention to anything other than surface issues and hatred for certain skin tones. They didn&apos;t understand (still don&apos;t) that they were voting for self-destruction.
