Interesting episode as usual. Two things stood out - <br>1) He talked abt the 4.8 lac emi payment with a coy, boastful smile, and few minutes later he laments that househelps charge Rs 8,000 for each work. Wow. <br>2) Glass walls, no balconies, & unflattering decor.

Very nice rented kind of interiors. You would never get used to the feeling of being an owner of the house just in case AI takes your job as mentioned during the early part of the video

The guy looks bogus...as per linkedin he has been Sr. Associate with LIC whereas talks like some Fund Management guy. Right now he is a coach (god knows of what) at some company called Atomic Growth. Indiabulls( the Builder) itself is a defunct company.<br>Daughter (Astha Jha) is also partner at some GELD wealth promising some ultra returns. Looks like the family is itself in running some Ponzi scheme (Hera Pheri Babu bhaiya)
