Viktor owned every scene he was in. In the hands of any other actor the character would've fallen flat. Bill relished the character and it showed.

One of my biggest wishes was that they would do a background film on all the elders even if it were just 1 film

Victor delivers one of the best lines I’ve ever heard in a movie
“ you’re incompetence is becoming most taxing”
Total boss

Victor could've ruled the world if he made lucian his son-in-law and had his hybrid grandchild be the new crown prince/princess. Nobody would be able to challenge his rule if he has lycans, vampires and hybrids pledging allegiance to him, other than mayhe his own grandchild but he could just declare the intention to abdicate the throne for his grandchild too and enjoyed immortality as the king's grandfather. Silly man.

Don't forget Bill also played Shaun's step dad in Shaun of the Dead opposite to Isobel Grey. Probably one of his funniest cameos he did with Pegg and Frost.

This guy and the actor for Tywin Lannister are so perfect for vampire elder roles
