  Victor wasn’t just ruthless… he was the ultimate control freak dad. Killed his own daughter, lied to Selene for 600 years, rewrote history to make himself the OG vampire 💀 Man’s ego was bigger than his coven. Still lowkey the best villain in the franchise though 🔥

  Also presume that because Amelia was preparing for hibernation she was already days if not weeks into her fast in order to enter her hibernation. Thus making her far weaker than she ordinarily would have been

  Damn Amelia was really the only intelligent Elder it seems, and the elder least bound by ego and power. Amelia made numerous 500iq moves that proved to be instrumental in the later movies, almost like she could see into the future(but i guess, living with Viktor and others for thousands of years probably makes it so she knew exactly what someone like Viktor would do). Kind of a real shame her character didnt receive far more screen time, or some kind of prequel centered around her or just...something.

  I swear in my opinion Viktor and Lucian where the best characters in this series. I am still devastated that Lucian was killed.
