You could put me blindfolded in six rooms and I can identify which room is the submarine smell. One I’ll never forget for the rest of my life. 4 years USS TROUT(SS-566) Decommissioning crew 😎

The old Royal Navy motto for the Submarine service was "We come unseen" the actual submariners changed it to "We come unclean" 😅
