What a criminal gets caught and convicted for is NOT the limit of their criminal activity. What a criminal pleads guilty to does NOT include the heavier charges that are dropped in exchange for the plea deal.<br><br>There are quite a few people with bodies to their name serving &quot;nonviolent&quot; charges, because they were caught with drugs and not for the murder(s) that they have committed.<br><br>P.S.
