Admittedly, no amount of power Sidious and Vitiate has can stop Nihilus. Unlike them who have physical bodies, Nihilus has none and he can just feed on them, applifying his own power to the point that he can never be stopped. They are not force wounds and have no force bonds with Nihilus, so they are just food

Nihilus could drain the life force of entire planets. The most infamous example was the destruction of Katarr, where he consumed nearly all life on the planet in a single feeding.

Star Wars: Little Nightmares Edition. He really is a pretty cool villain, that I hadn't known about until recently, but his back story is quite tragic! Still, I'm glad his almost consumption of everything that exists was ended before it could continue! The thought of him never being stopped is truly frightening... I would love to see him 1v1 Six at full power, though!
