  Technically PSA agreed to the insured value as soon as they opened the slab. If they had a disagreement, they should have stated it before the slab was opened. Also pursue criminal fraud charges on them and they will have to bring the card to court or be charged with destruction of evidence. They&apos;ll end up just paying you to avoid the publicity. There is no way they&apos;ll win since they authenticated it in the first place.

  I only try to invest in raw cards. That way I am 💯 percent liable on my own decision and expertise in what I collect. A expensive piece of plastic with an OPINION on it is worthless. I have been a collector for 40+ years and I refuse to have a young and inexperienced kid to determine the condition and value of my property.

  PSA should reimburse frank the money he bought the card for. He bought it because of the PSA slab.

  PWCC sent 8 high end vintage HOF&apos;ers &nbsp;from my vault to PSA for re-casing only. When re-cased. they were to be sent back to PWCC. &nbsp;Well, after 5 months and no reply from PWCC or PSA, I reported this theft to authorities in Tigard, Or. I had to call the police in Tigard. &nbsp;PWCC assured me they sent it out but, didn&apos;t know where the order was. &nbsp;The investigation unit in Tigard finally tracked down the card. &nbsp;A Mr. Salgado at PSA immediately emailed me a note saying he had the 8 cards in question and he had them tucked away in a drawer for the last 6 months. &nbsp;He immediately sent the 8 cards to my home address and told me I was banned from PSA forever. &nbsp;The Police told me they couldn&apos;t charge Salgado with a crime because I got the cards back.

  The part that gets me is not giving the card back. Similar to US Customs by confiscating anything at any time. Plus the part of fair market value. I&apos;m sure Franks daughter who is a lawyer can find case study of deceptive practices. That is market manipulation. Could we choose what date a cards value is and send it in to PSA not to be uncharged?... and Frank has been a long time customer! This has me fuming!

  Wish I could say I was surprised. I feel your pain, PSA did similar to me with 6 Barry Sanders rookies I PERSONALLY PULLED FROM 1989 SCORE FOOTBALL CASE BREAK, and had Barry sign MYSELF in Sacramento at a Barry/Thurman/Emmitt event in the 90&apos;s. PSA slabbed 5 of the cards, which were signed in silver sharpie, and offered me 60 dollars credit on a card they had &quot;damaged&quot; during the grading process....A PACK FRESH 89 SCORE BARRY WITH A BEAUTIFUL SIG..... 60 bucks!? like Keshawn says.. &quot;C&apos;MON MAN!!!!&quot;<br>I ended up taking it with a promise that a higher up in the company would oversee a complete review of my submission, and reward me accordingly. 180 days later I couldn&apos;t get my calls returned by anyone with any f--ing power/juice to credit my account and I washed my hands COMPLETELY of the situation by selling my 60$ credit to another collector for 45 bucks, and I refuse to give them another dime, EVER!

  Sucks but it’s not the guy who sold it to him problem, if he didn’t know &amp; was passed by psa…it is 100% on psa
