  The pop control is concerning, even if it is "minimal". It's also concerning a grader will lack confidence or hesitate gemming consecutive cards in a row. Just grade the damn card in front of you.

  So this is one of those jobs where he put his heart and soul into training. Then they actually get to work and the floor supervisor says "Okay guys forget everything you learned and hurry up. Time is the only thing that matters."

  That answer on pop control was low key disgusting. It being part of it AT ALL is gross. The emails of those that already have them affecting it or even potentially affecting it is horrible.<br><br>PSA shouldn’t have to weigh ANYTHING but the quality of the card in their hand.

  The people that own the the high valued items have &quot;taken ownership of that value&quot; is such a scumbag idea and shows their weakness and/or corruption. An item should be graded solely based on its condition. The fact they are letting outside influences in even at this level shows they are highly capable of being corrupt on a greater scale if the person and/or organization is powerful enough to exert pressure or provide them with value.

  I learned printing in High school, Cards are old school printing. I Know how to grade cards, l know what I&apos;m sending in. After hearing Dr. Webb talk about safe grade 9 in the industry, now I know why my cards come back 9s.

  Great stuff! &nbsp;The comment at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Pyog-jgTVo&amp;t=1680">28:00</a>...WOW! &nbsp;That totally makes sense. &nbsp;If your job is to find flaws, and you are a new grader, dont you instinctively have in the back of your mind &quot;I need to find some flaws to show that I know what I am doing/looking for&quot;. &nbsp;It does kind of explain why you sometimes get a card(s) back that you thought was a slam dunk 10 but received a grade 9 or even 8.
