One thing I did not touch on in the video is the fact that the Ultra also has a built in Headphone amp. It's OK..not the best I have heard but will work great with easy to drive headphones, just not those that need a ton of power.

Every audiophile needs to learn a simple phrase: "Law of Diminishing Returns." Bergdof Goodman sells a man's coat for 20k. So is a 20k DAC too much? Probably. Unless you're very very rich. But no way a 20k DAC sounds 20x better than a 1K DAC. Or even a WiiM Ultra...
