Also as a UK expat living in Spain, Iove your videos, keep them coming. It would be great for a follow up video on what you think the property is now worth and all the costs and taxes associated with selling, so we can see the net financial gain for all your hard work.

Well done a lot of work but looks stunning we bought in andalucia in June 2024 have spent about 20000 on a complete rewire aircon new kitchen and bathrooms,same as you done a lot of work myself to save monies but what it gives you especially lifestyle is a no brainer. Thanks for all your vids over the past year have enjoyed watching, informative and lovely to see you get stuck in well done..

Great video. Two years ago a relative of mine told me that around 20 old houses where sold in a village in the mountains of Sierra Morena (SW of Spain) for 30-40k euros. The reason was that Spanish families cannot afford a second residence/ apartment at the coast at such “precios desorbitados”.
