  It’s hypnotizing to watch the movements of people who have done a task tens of thousands of times before. It’s not just the speed, but the efficiency too. What an artisan!

  As a Frost regular who travels from another island for the experience, they are in a class of their own. The only really spacious bakery with plenty of daylight, yes space, but mostly the smells of all the buns, cookies and other delectables being baked there in the open plan kitchen/cafe. It's just the best and unique for Stockholm. If you are really smart however, you would stay for lunch. Amongst the best soup bar you'll find around.

  Really love his ethos, much to be admired about that. I like the fact he milling his own flour and trying to expand that. Kudos
