Q: What do you get when you match a cheap ground sheet with a cheap tent floor? A: Twice filtered groundwater.

Remember back in the day on a camping hike using an opened up plastic survival bag as a protector under the tent

It seems like the kind of little tent that you put on your kid's bed. My son loved his bed tent so much that I had to get one for his little brother. It was just fun and gave them a secure feeling back in the day. No need to worry about rain or condenstation, but it did a great job of keeping the "boggieman" at bay.
😊

Keep it for your kids to camp in the backyard. 👍

This is what you buy a kid going on his first camping trip with his buddies. Personally, I would put the ground sheet INSIDE the tent, since it still absorbed water, with the tarp under the tent. This would encourage the young person to do a few more chores, or mow a few lawns [in the USA] to earn money for a better tent. OR, buy a top dollar tarp and learn to camp that way, with a diamond/ Adirondike set up [Joe Robinett's favorite tarp setup.]

Everything has a season, and everything has it's place. We all have to start somewhere and that is usually with what we can afford.

Thank you, for bringing us along.

They should advertise these tents as garden tents.

A can of Scotchguard goes a long way with cheap tents. Also, replacing guy lines with paracord and replacing the stakes.

It's how we all started camping under canvas, on the cheap, money was very scarce in my home, thats how i/we started, later in life, earning a living we were able to buy more expensive gear.
