  Usually filipinos who dine at Max’s tend to ask for a separate platito and mix the worcestershire & banana ketchup as a sauce/dip for the chicken, you should try it Rowena the next time you eat at Max’s :)

  Tapa king is not popular because it is too expensive and has small portions.<br><br>At Max&apos;s you need to mix the Worcestershire sauce and Banana ketchup together as a dipping sauce. <br><br>You need to try the butter chicken, crab foo yong and 8 treasures soup ay Savory.

  The straw on the dalandan juice may have the after taste, or the glass wasn&apos;t washed thoroughly. Dalandan juice is supposed to be refreshing, and have the taste between calamansi and orange juice.

  For dried fish/squid, try dipping it to vinegar with chili. We usually eat it like that to balance the saltiness. Dried fishes are usually salty here so they could last long and be stored if it won’t be cooked immediately.
