  Champorado doesn’t need no fish😅. I just can’t stand adding fish to it. The eggplant is good but it’s not like a go to in my opinion unless you just have like eggplant and eggs. Makes sense on farm land though.<br><br>Izzy chill with that line 😂. People gonna take that out of context.

  Thank you for emphasizing that most filos don&apos;t eat champoradi with tuyo, coz most of us really don&apos;t. I like mine with powdered milk tho

  I bet they didn&apos;t cook the eggplant directly on fire. The smoky flavor was the best in tortang talong.

  I prefer my taho cold with milk. <br>Recently, we have a guy selling taho on a motorcycle. So once in a while, I&apos;d buy one and mix it with cold milk. And I get it with less arnibal too<br><br>I recall a foreigner posting on Reddit and saying we have bad food. If I recall correctly, he said that he ordered a silog with fried rice<br>and what he got was just the side dish with garlic rice. He went on to say that restaurants shouldn&apos;t call it fried rice(and that we don&apos;t know how to make fried rice) because it&apos;s not like Chinese chao fan. I explained to him it&apos;s called sinangag/garlic fried rice and he kept insisting it shouldn&apos;t be called fried rice.<br>Like buddy, it&apos;s rice stir-fried in a pan with oil and garlic(+ onions). It&apos;s Filipino fried rice. 🤦🏻 😂

  someone teach testers how to eat tuyo. most people remove the scales, the organs at the bottom and the head before actually eating it lol

  For taho…you have to mix it…the tofu and sago will balance the sweetness of the sweetness of the syrup

  The Tortang Talong (4th dish) was not given jusice just from looking. Eggplants should be grilled under fire then pressed with pork before adding eggs. The shape that was served looks like the eggplant was just boiled and cut into half. I swear the taste is soooo different. Also that tapioca pearls in that taho is uncooked.

  When we eat taho , we can choose to have less vanilla syrup. We have other flavored tahos too
