  I just find it hilarious that she&apos;s sitting over a plate of writhing live octopus and raw beef, saying she draws the line at eating.....cucumbers. 🤣

  my mom grew up in Mokpo, and everytime i would go back to Korea to visit my grandparents there, i would complain about how i had to spend time in the country side with nothing to do and not the city. i’ve learned to appreciate the culture of Jeollanamdo, our food, nature, coast side, and the accent that im so familiar with and spoke growing up. i also remember going back as an adult and riding the cable car, which made me see the beauty of it more. thank you for allowing others to see the beauty of Mokpo ❤️

  You know what irks me so much on the internet is people generalizing korean food saying it&apos;s mid and basic and it&apos;s only ddeokbokki and gimbap but they haven&apos;t even TOUCHED what real korean food is! Baekban is the kind of meal Koreans will eat everyday, but people who go to Korean restauruants don&apos;t even TRY every banchan that comes out for free... Thanks for making this video, you should share more!!

  My first visit to Korea was 2004. I visited Joellado as the first destination. Gwangju, Jeonju, Suncheon. When I ended up in Seoul, l was a bit disappointed by the food there. But this journey was unforgettable. Jeonju Bibimpab, Padjuk, Samgyetang, Mulnengmyeon, Mulmandu, and much more...
