  All profits get taken by Volkswagen and all losses get paid by Volkswagen. As long as Volkswagen exists, Wolfsburg cant be broke IRL.

  A club who desperately needs a rebuild is 1860 Munich. They got relegated into the 4th tier of German football due to money issues of the main sponsor or rather the lack of willingness to spend money for the licenses. They lost a lot of money, players and are now in the middle of the table at this point. They have been longer around than Bayern Munich, were one of the first clubs in the Bundesliga but now fallen so far down I don&apos;t think they&apos;ll ever get up again.<br><br>Maybe a another thing for them, the son of German national legend Miroslav Klose is playing for them and just extended his contract to 2031.

  Duesseldorf in the third Tier would be a very Interesting challenge. Lost most of their squad after getting unexpectedly relegated.

  As a german, I know quite a few clubs i would call &quot;broken&quot;, some id even call &quot;hopelessly broken&quot; but truth be told: Wolfsburg is absolutely not part of that group.<br><br>Outside of Leipzig there isnt a club in germany that has a more comfortable and cushy set up (both Leverkusen and Hoffenheim have it harder for example).<br>They know for a fact that their bills are paid and that the infrastructure gets active upkeep every year. Which wasnt always the case for Leverkusen (due to recent success, it currently is the case for them) and isnt the case anymore for Hoffenheim.<br><br>They were relegated. But thats about the extend of the &quot;brokenness&quot; of the club. It doesnt seem to have structural or cultural problems (like Man United), they just had a really bad season.<br><br>Hamburg still needs more help than Wolfsburg does and they just have gotten promoted back the the bundesliga

  Rebuild Baník Ostrava, 2 seasons ago they finished 3rd in the Czech League which was an incredible achievement for the club beating out one of the Czech Giants in Viktoria Pilsen. After that season though, The Ownership sold the best players, They Sacked the manager, Switched between 4 managers essentially, 1 - Pavel Hapal, 2 - Tomáš Galásek a Club legends that played for Ajax (Overstayed and lost WAY too many games, Minor managarial experience only in the 3rd German League) 3 - Ondřej Smetana Hated by the fans, already had one stint in Baník Ostrava that &nbsp;went alright, terrible at other clubs after 4 - Josef Dvorník a player turned B Team manager, Well rounded manager, Got the B team to the 3rd place in 2nd division with scraps, good at player development, Saved the team from relegation in the last few games. After which he got sacked for disputes with the ownership because he actually wanted to spend money to buy players. <br><br>Baník Ostrava has one of the best academies in europe often poached out by Prague teams. Best Fans in the Czech League with sadly questionable ownership(Look at Dukla Prague vs Baník Ostrava match from last seasons relegation match), Currently they are in exile using the Citys stadium outside of the Silesian area where they are based from due to financial issues, at one point the club was hours from disappearing. Currently their former &quot;Bazaly&quot; stadion is used as a training ground but a new stadium is being built there, should be build approximately 2029.-<br><br>Lots of pride put in the club, glory days are behind with club legends like Ujfaluši, Baroš, Galásek etc.. now retired, Still producing a lot of great talent with big Nigerian links as most of Czech football is linked with nigeria. Lots of bad bussiness made the fans very unhappy, Sales of decent prospects for essentially petty cash, <br><br>Last title was won in 03/04 season. Highlight of the club is beating bayern 2:1 in the 76/77 season in the champions league at the sold out bazaly stadium<br><br>The club is made historically from the sons of coal miners due to Ostrava being an industrial town which many years ago was focused on Coal Mining. Lots of great tifos, Fanbase still strong after poor seasons, A lot of club songs, The team is truly a pride of Ostrava, Every awayday in prague is always sold out, Everytime prague comes to Ostrava its always an electric match. Every win against Prague teams is great a lot of the times because the Ostrava part of the Czech Republic is usually seen as Poor/Dirty part of the czech republic and a lot of shade is always being thrown at Ostrava.<br><br>The Club also suffered relegation in 15/16 season with 14 points from 30 matches because of the before mentioned financial issues. <br><br>Sleeping giant and a gem of a club that suffers from bad ownership. Notoriously Baník Ostrava is one of the few professional clubs in FM24 that has 0 Scouts which is visible also in real life as most signings arent usually that exciting and The club overall overslept the modern era of football. <br><br>Current Wonderkids are CB - Míček ST - Škrkoň (Recently scored a record amount of goals in a Czech FA cup match with 7), WB - Abdullahi Bewene<br><br>Only reason we avoided relegation in the 25/26 season was 3 Own Goals from Dukla Praha at the final day of the Relegation Stage of the league (The Czech League splits into 3 Parts after 30 Matches with the Title Chasing Part, 7-10 place part and Relegation Part) After which we were drawn against Taborsko which we happily coasted through 8:0 on Aggregate. Never though after being at home against Legia Warsaw Europa League Qualifier that in 10 months id be sitting in a relegation play off against a 2nd division side.

  I&apos;d love to see you rebuild Oldham Athletic. We&apos;re the only premier league founder member to have dropped out of the football league entirely, only returning last season after beating Southend in the National League playoff finals. Would be cool to see you take them back to the Premier League, and even finally win the tournaments they got so close to winning like the FA Cup in the 93/94 season (Lost to Man U in the semis, which was likely the only reason Alex Ferguson became a household name since there were rumors of him being sacked if they&apos;d lost.) We got relegated the same season (1993/94), and since then it&apos;s been all downhill until these last few years were we&apos;ve been slowly climbing back up. I never got to see all that as I was only born in 96, and missed out on the glory days.<br><br>Love the content Tom, still keeping up with every video, keep up the good work!

  As someone from Brasil I&apos;d like to recommend Vasco da Gama. One of the traditional big clubs here that are currently struggling against relegation while big rivals Flamengo litterally won seven trophies last season. <br><br>Their biggest achievement was winning the Libertadores in 1998 and almost beating Real Madrid in the intercontinental as well.<br><br>So the rebuild would probably be taking them to the top again and getting them that intercontinental trophy.

  You could rebuild AaB, &nbsp;a danish club, 10 years ago we played united at old traford, and now we are in the dump in the second devision
