  As someone living right in the Caribbean I&apos;ll admit that even though I know the history of Haiti from being taught it in school, I had no idea it was so beautiful and had safe, peaceful areas. Thank you for this because the media definitely only shows us the negative side.

  What I Think Haiti Needs<br><br>1. Make clean public spaces a matter of shared national pride just like Rwanda did.<br>2. Hire professional city planners.<br>3. Build walkable cities with bike paths and a subway system.<br>4. Go strictly renewable for energy, like Costa Rica.<br>5. Build architecture made for the island &nbsp;natural airflow, natural light, greenery, and disaster codes.<br>6. Create simple digital land registries so people can actually prove what they own.<br>7. Build small, local co-ops that grow into global exports.<br>8. Enforce strict zoning to keep our coastlines 100% public, clean, safe, and walkable.<br>9. Stop cutting trees <br>10. Plant native gardens and trees instead of paving everything that&apos;ll help cool cities and stopping flash floods.<br>11. Grade students on what they can actually build and repair, instead of what they can memorize.<br>12. Adopt a Swiss-style government<br><br>Thank you for coming to my TED talk 😊 🇭🇹

  I’m a black American and I absolutely love the work you’re doing showcasing the beauty and culture in Haiti. I’m actually interested in visiting after watching so many of your videos, and I believe that Haiti will eventually become a world-class tourist destination. Haiti is rich in prime seafood, vegetation, beautiful beaches, crystal clear water, culture, and community. Sadly, the leadership has been ineffective in their duties and I just pray that God will raise new leadership with the courage, vision, wisdom, and strength to lead and change the negative image that surrounds this country.<br><br>You’re doing a great job showcasing the beauty and richness of Haiti. May God’s grace and blessings be upon you, the people of Haiti, and the country. I’m a new sub and I’ve been sharing your videos.🫶🌹🕊🙏

  My opinion!! The people who are doing the most damage to Haiti&apos;s reputation - are the Haitians living in America who are using the same cliche that, &quot;Haiti is too dangerous for me to return.&quot; That cliche is done!! Has ran its course!! I think that investment opportunities will skyrocket if a better image is painted..

  This is beautiful! thank you for showing this!, 🇩🇴I&apos;m dominican living in the USA and it&apos;s nice to see this side of Haiti. Not only what the media shows gangs and chaos when this is a beautiful country full of beautiful people. Situations exist in every country. The language sounds so beautiful too and the food looks amazing! 🇩🇴🇭🇹
