When I use to read a lot about Haitian history I read that Okap is where 25 % of all slaves coming from West Africa passed. Biggest slave trading port in the world for African slaves. This means slaves who ended up everywhere including here in America...anyway this is the first youtube channel that I have ever actually ticked the notification channel...amazing amazing stuff

My parents are from Les Cayes but big ups to my Okap peeps out there..it is indeed a beautiful city just an hour and half flight from Miami..
