I’m 45 years old and i started learning how to skate board at 40. It took me 4 & 1/2 years and it was a painful up hill battle between losing weight and leaning how to skate bored on raw crusty streets. when my mother passed away it was the only thing that kept from feeling lost and giving up on life. I still can’t ollie because of the fear factor setting in because of the lack of knowledge. This video is very helpful to overcome that fear i hope to get my first ollie today, thank you so much.

I love this comment section, just a bunch of people of all ages, many 30 and up, who always considered this stuff impossible for them. You’re giving us all a second chance at chasing that little dream. Thanks for putting in the work to break these things down, you’ve truly de-mystified some previously esoteric knowledge lol

I just picked up a freshie after years of being too scared to commit to skateboarding. I’m so glad to see others in their 30s in here, it brings me way more confidence.

This is a PhD dissertation on ollies and I love every bit of it. I am 48 and I am starting to skate again as my 10 year old has gotten into it. He is struggling getting to ollie and this will be immensely beneficial... for both of us. What a great teacher! <br>Thank you!
