Thank you for the information! I'm 71 and I recently got rated at 80% with one being 40%. I have not worked since 2018. I will talk to DAV and file!!!

I was told you have to be minimum of 70% to get TDIU.

Mo. That is not what he is saying he’s saying that if a veteran has TDIU that they can work part-time marginally and earned 16,000 which is the poverty level without losing their TDIU

The V. A. Will open your Case back up from the beginning. I had a friend at 100% I told him don’t mess with what you have. Now he’s at 70%!!! SMH!!!!

I applied for TDIU three years ago and I was denied. I had a knee replacement three years ago and a 100 percent PTSD. I also have arthritis on my joints, upper and lower. With my PTSD, I tend to be forgetful at times. My movement is limited. Sir, can I reapply for TDIU ? I'm I eligible ?
