Good move. 70 hour work weeks at that salary is something like $37 per hour. I’ve also got back into running/fitness after hitting ~304 lbs a few years ago. Currently pushing 40 yrs old but down to ~249 lbs (at 5’11”) and can maintain a half marathon at low 9 min pace; today was a 15.4 miler at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gu0WYuKCLPU&t=571">9:31</a> pace. The biggest benefit that’s helped me progress is having a good work/life balance: 4/10 schedule w/ some telework and weekends off…hard to quantify a work schedule but it’s definitely worth a lot imo.
