It pissed me off that he was snubbed from the award season for his performance in the iron claw . Literally his best to this date

I don't think people give Zack enough credit for 17 Again. That court room scene alone convinced me he had something special

Hairspray not being on here is absolutely criminal

 This man is only 38.

To think that the late, great Alan Rickman (RIP) started his film career at 42 with Die Hard.

Efron has far to go. I eagerly await what's to come.

Zach managed to make me forget that he was in high school musical, that’s a feat in itself. I wish he was more in serious projects, but with his appearance, I guess it can be difficult (he certainly doesn’t look like Mr Average if you know what I mean)

The final scene in The Iron Claw made me go no Efron has gone from an okay actor to a great one. The entire movie's emotional weight is on his back and that final line from his son and the subsequent breakdown hits like a truck and it shows on Zac's face.

I remember as a teenager seeing Charlie St. Cloud in theaters and being blown away by his performance.

Still can't believe it's been 20 years since the first high school musical.

Hope he keeps going

That Awkward Moment with Efron, Michael B Jordan and Miles Teller is a pretty decent film too.

I guess I've never realised that I really like a lot of Zac Efron's movies

This guy played Ted Bundy on screen!
Pretty sure most actors couldn’t pull that one off!

In a way, movies like Neighbors, Baywatch and Greatest Showman are almost like a return to a comfort zone for him. Kind of like how people will go out and try a new restaurant, cook a new dish, travel to a new country, but then periodically return to that familiarity of your regular spot, your go-to meal, back home etc. Almost like he needs that re-centering film, before he willingly goes in a different direction for the next one
