  The way they used Jace&apos;s mind-magic to explore identity and self-image was really great. Vraska and Jace both afraid of accepting their darker parts but realizing they are just as much a part of them as anything else, that you shouldn&apos;t hide away from yourself, Vraska giving Jace a kind death, a skill she learned from her darkest time. And when Tam got Jace&apos;s spark they repeated that she got the aspects of his different selves, a soldier, a detective, a blank slate that can start anew

  I really mourn for what this set could have been. I adore so many of the concepts and many of moments in the story.<br>It just all felt so rushed. And the only real lasting consequence being Jace&apos;s death.<br>I seriously think they should have at least kept Hexhaven around. I feel like it&apos;d be thematic for a Plane originally born of two to sort of split once again. Also some of the nuance of teaching the mirror schools how to be people would be cool.
