  I enjoy these random myth videos. Not enough random stuff from games people go out of the way to show. Also like how straight to the point this is no fluff

  the boo turning around is because the radius for it to move away and look away are both separate radiuses and they accidently made them both different sizes.

  As far as the hallway Boo goes, I imagine that you're just getting close enough to the Boo on the other side of the wall to activate it. First time when it was turned around is probably because you get close enough for it to react, but not run. So it's facing where it thinks you are. Second, you get close enough to activate it to run, and it goes through the wall like it probably normally does, hence hearing the laugh.

  That happens a lot of metro kingdom where the MPC is just disappear when you go near him like if you’re up in the odyssey and then you look near the jumper there’s a guy talking to another guy and then when you go down, that guy is the action guide person
