  I really appreciated the tweeter trick of raising the higher end output. I hadn&apos;t thought of that. I have some soft dome textile tweeters that roll off on the top end that I wanted to incorporate into a design. Perfect solution. Thanks!<br><br>I watched Ron&apos;s video. It was fascinating and very informative!

  Regarding distortion, back in the late 70s I was working in a hi-fi store and we had a demonstration from manufacture increasing distortion levels. Most of the people couldn’t hear it until about 8 or 9%. What most of us noticed was during a longer listening periods that &nbsp;5% distortion levels seem to cause fatigue.

  Great to hear the shout out to Bob Reimer at CSS; a buddy of mine &amp; I did some work with him back in the days of the EL70/ FR125/VRW126/SDX7 - fun times.<br>There’s gotta be some common ground between the Klippel is King and, well, maybe not quite so fast schools of thought.

  Danny I have been an Engineer for over 45 years and now a retired from a major TV Broadcasting Company in NY for 34 years our company was the first to used Belden High Definition Cables when the Network went to HD Video…your video was spot on not &nbsp;be to technical to the average person <br>In fact I was making up RCA single ended interconnects using Canare RCA crimped with Belden 1505F these cables are all any person needs for an audio cable so your wire and resistors Tube Connectors are doing the job at hand which is Transparent Single Transfer nice informative Video

  The resistor bypassed cap &quot;trick&quot; is just a simple shelf EQ. This is also used on constant directivity horns to compensate for the inherent HF dropoff this type of waveguide has, in order to flatten the tweeter response towards the top end. It also works well for tweeters that drop off early up top and would otherwise sound dull. On ribbon tweeters, the vertical off axis response is usually poor towards the very top and needs a little HF boost to extend the vertical listening angle a little.
