  This was so much fun for me to watch, and I showed it to my partner when it came to the kettle…putting the malt in it and then dropping the bagels in…the entire process from putting the bagels in the kettle on to the end was what I did when I worked at a bagel bakery in college. That was a fun job with a fun group of people.

  At the end when she was slicing the salmon, that bracelet kept getting on it. That bracelet needs to come off!

  OMG this just took me back 40yrs. &nbsp;I worked at a neighborhood bagel store and we used this exact system. &nbsp;Boss made the bagels, I took over once they proofed. &nbsp;On a busy Saturday night I’d bake ~200 dozen. My man had some grocery store customers along with the counter business. &nbsp;I also worked across the street at the Company that stapled the burlap to the boards! &nbsp;Not even 18 yet lol. Nobody cared back then. &nbsp;Thanks so much for making me smile today. 😊
