The answer to any question to an American that starts with "Why do you have..?" is, "Because I CAN."

Older men who have acquired things and need a truck to haul them around. Its not a midlife crisis like if I bought a Ferrrari!

Trucks and Suvs all day, just for the visibility you get on the road from being higher up than most other cars is worth it for safety. Not to mention being in the bigger vehicle in a crash is better for that too.

I didnt buy a truck because i wanted to be young and hip. i bought my truck because i hate having to squat down to get in a car. it was all about comfort and room. and being able to see farther in traffic. they are just safer for me and my family.

In addition to being able to haul things they are very safe and the higher seating position gives you the ability to see over the sedans around you.

I have a 2022 Toyota Tacoma. I’ve always wanted a Tacoma since I was a teenager and when I got it brand new I was very happy.

I was staring lovingly at my old F-250 during this entire video. Nearly 30 years old and enough miles on it to have circled the Earth more than 12 times. STILL pullin'

2021 Ford Ranger XLT Sport. It's a smaller truck for Texas, but perfect for carrying furniture and other things between my city house and my little ranch. It gets decent mileage and I have been VERY pleased with it.

I love my 2001 GMC Sierra 2500. It's old but still runs great. I can't convince myself to trade.

I drive a 2023 F-350 4 door 4x4 with a 8 foot bed , it’s lifted with mud tires and I love it.

We wouldn’t really consider a G Wagon a truck. That’s an SUV. To us a truck has to have a bed you can haul things in.
