I made your recipe a few days ago after sitting down to see if there were any new recipes for the Hatch green chili tamalas. I had already bought prepared masa so this is what I used and followed your directions carefully. They came out so moist and delicious, the best I've ever made and tasted!! My husband loved them! This recipe is a keeper! Thank you!!!
